Description:

Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. Itkills sensitive bacteria by stopping the production of essential proteinsneeded by the bacteria to survive.
Polymyxin b sulfate/trimethoprim solution is anantibiotic combination. It works by killing the bacteria.
Bacitracin works by stopping the growth ofcertain bacteria. It belongs to a class of drugs known as antibiotics.

Indications and Usage:

Neomycin and Polymyxin B Sulfates and BacitracinZinc  Ophthalmic Ointment antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory ointment forophthalmic use.  Ophthalmic Ointment is indicated for steroid- responsiveinflammatory ocular conditions for which a corticosteroid is indicated andwhere bacterial infection or a risk of bacterial infection exists.
